KRISTIE MATHEWS

Kristie Mathews attended Miami University, where she studied Art Education before beginning her career in early childhood education. She started as an Assistant Teacher in a toddler classroom and quickly advanced to Lead Teacher, eventually becoming a Program Director. In that role, she gained valuable experience managing operations, supporting staff, and overseeing the day-to-day needs of a childcare program. Her time working with children helped her develop strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a steady, patient approach to problem-solving.

She now brings those strengths to her role as Studio Manager at AGI Studios, where she plays a key part in keeping projects organized, timelines on track, and the team moving forward. Kristie manages many of the studio’s behind-the-scenes operations, including bookkeeping and payroll, while also supporting production when needed. Whether coordinating a room set shoot or stepping in to style a product shot, she enjoys contributing to the creative process and being part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

High school sweethearts, Kristie and Chris, AGI’s President, are proud parents to two daughters, Ava and Lila, along with their cat, Maui. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time together as a family, often exploring local museums, parks, farms, and zoos.
